01 — Lumber
Studs, plates, and boards for the wood frame. Lengths are sorted before they leave, so the crew does not sort a pile on site.
Send a materials list or a sketch with sizes. We reply with what is in stock and what has to be ordered.

02 — Roofing
Shingles, underlayment, and the metal that covers the joints. We confirm the color before the truck leaves.
A new roof and a roof repair do not use the same amount. Include the area and the slope.

03 — Insulation
Batts for walls and roofs, and board where the wall needs it. Warm in winter, cool in summer.
Wall thickness and area are enough to price it. If you do not name an R-value, we will not guess one.

04 — Drywall
Board, joint compound, and corner bead for walls and ceilings. Sheets stay flat on the truck and when we unload.
Tell us the ceiling height. A standard wall and a tall wall need different board.

05 — Masonry
Block, brick, and mortar for load-bearing walls and ordinary walls. Count the rows first, then the pallets.
A foundation wall and a garden wall are two different orders. Say which one you are building.
