Orders leave the yard at 830 S 11th Ave and go to the address you name. The delivery date is the one we confirm by email.
Say where the truck can park, and whether a forklift is on site. A tight lot in town is unloaded differently from an open site.

Crews usually send a materials list. Builders usually send a schedule. Homeowners usually write about one room, one roof, or one wall.
A small crew and a large company order the same way. We stock what the jobsite needs.
Scale
One pallet of block and a full load of framing lumber are both orders we take. What changes is how long it takes to get ready, and how the truck is loaded.
If the work is in stages, say so in the first email. This week the first floor, next week the roof, is clearer than changing the order later.
